Discounted Team Registration

Registering a team? Please download and register via the paper registration form to receive the team discounted rate.

Receive a discount of $90 per person when you register 3 or more company employees for the full 2.5-day conference (team discount does not apply to single-day registration for July 12 or 13). To receive the team discount, registration forms and payment must arrive together at the SMPS National Office. To register a team, please print this form and fax it to the SMPS National Office with payment.
